    FOUNDER

    Founder of Reboot and a former British Army Physical Training Instructor, Garry has 8 years of military fitness experience, delivering training globally. He’s also co-founded successful fitness ventures, blending military discipline with group training expertise. With a “work hard, play hard” ethos, Garry helps individuals push their limits, build resilience, and embrace the rewards of a balanced lifestyle.

    COACH

    With over 10 years in the fitness industry and a background as a British Army Combat Engineer, Luke brings unparalleled expertise to Reboot. As an instructor at the Military Preparation College, he helped over 1,000 individuals achieve peak physical condition. A passionate endurance athlete and former competitive boxer, Luke’s focus is on delivering tailored, results-driven training for all fitness levels.
